Bilstein 5100's

I just got a new set of bilstein 5100's for the front of my 99 SD CC. Which way do these mount, rubber boots toward the top or rubber boots toward the bottom? The writing on the shocks would be right side up, if I were to mount them boot side down. They are P/N BE5-A463-H5.

I say mount them so you can read the Bilstein sticker. The 5100's I have are mounted cylinder side up and rod/boot side down.
