The only thing I am going to say is be prepared to keep the job for a long time, as it is quite an ordeal to change it over, so unless you plan on sticking it out, don't bother, that is unfortuantely been the case for a while here... If you plan on sticking with it, welcome, and feel free to call on myself or slmann for help, we are neighbors and all... I've got Iowa, he has Missouri.

I agree 100% with Fellro86........be prepared to carry the ball for a year or more.
Had things among elderly family members been different, I may still be serving as Chapter Leader.
As Founding Chapter Leader, I commend anyone willing to take the job.
