Did you try Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. Also you could have a spring company make you a custom set of springs for the same cost as any kit. Jeff's also offers a variety of adjustable steering components to go with any lift size.
Nobody want to "deal" with the old stuff. It's all about the new tin and plastic crap. I had to piece mine together and have a company make my back springs.
Skyjacker makes lifts for the 67 thru 72 trucks. I have a 4-inch system installed on my truck. Check out my gallery for photos. I still need to add the "add-a-leaf" to the rear. I'll get the part numbers for you.
OK, I have part numbers. These are for a F-100 4X4 and is a 4-inch lift kit. Skyjacker part number is 174EPK. (Part number break down: Front Coils #174 and rear "Add-A-Leafs" are #R225) They also have kits for F-250. You will have to check on shocks; not sure if they come in the kit. Superlift and Tuff Country may also carry kits for these trucks. Check their websites.

I have some photos of the suspension. It looks like I have not posted them yet. I'll try to get them up. As I was going thru Skyjacker's website, I am almost certain that I saw lift kits for the F-250. Perhaps I am mistaken.

You're talking companies such as Skyjacker or as in a local suspension shop?

Most "kits" will have the correct parts for the steering and if they don't, the company will, more often than not, have what is needed to go along with the kit.
After installing the 4 in kit what tires will it fit?
well if ya want to save some cash use chevy rear spring mounts that will give ya atleast 4 more inches of lift and with the stock high boy 4 inch block that is a 8 inch lift and for the front you can eather get them r arched or custom make some drop mounts for your springs and that way you will still have a stock ride buy a drop arm for your steering and call it a day
or use the front spring hanger on the rear axle of a two wheel drive, then swap the 4x4 front hanger for the rear leaf to the rear of the rear leaf.. that way you only gotta drill 2 holes on each side...
My Skyjacker 4in springs ride way smoother than the stock highboy springs. IMHO a new set of springs with 2 or 4in of lift in conjuction with the drop shackles would be a perfect combo.
