The first is stock, the second is just the cab extended (requires frame extension too) and the third is the cab extended with the box shortened.
Ok Guys, I must be missing something here?? what is the difference between the two extended window pictures. They both look the same to me.

#2 uses stock length bed+ longer wheelbase, #3 shortened bed + stock wheelbase. check the length of the bed in front of the rear wheel well.

"I see" said the blind man as he picked up his hammer and saw.

How about a 3 inch ext thru the doors, keep the vent windows plus a 4 inch ext in the "B" piller. That way the doors will look in proportion. Keep the stock box

Look in Dec 2005 issue of Custom Classic Trucks starting on page 72. That shows your paint idea.

I can think of an number of curved glass that might be work or made to fit:

Olds Vista Cruiser roof glass
newer Land Rover Discovery back roof glass
Bronco II back side windows curve up over the roof

I'm sure there are more, and I would guess these could be cut down if the curve is right.

Good luck on the stretch...Happy Holidays!

You might look at the rear windows on an early sixties econoline pickup.

Did these trucks come with a 6 and 8 foot bed choice? If so could a person get a truck with an 8 foot bed, put a 6 foot bed on it and use the extra distance for a extended cab?
