heater problem

here's the problem, last winter heater worked great now barely blows any warm air, made sure cables were working, fan works, heater core doesn't leak, both hoses going to and from core are warm but no warm air in cab. don;t know what else to check.

I pulled out my fan motor and found about a bushel of wheat.

That will do it. Never know what you might find in there. After all, its what, 3 bolts?

If the fan is blowing air and it's not warm, you could have a plugged heater core, or possibly the valve in the heater hose that controls the temp may be malfunctioning. I have replaced the heater core twice on my mothers 95 F-150 because the engine is rusting out and plugging the core. The freeze plugs are rusting out too, but my dad just keeps putting stop leak in it.
