Oil Pressure
On my factory oil pressure guage it reads between N and O, and I know that it is a dummy meter, and I am concerned because I hear some kind of noise coming from the engine, sounds kind of like a stone rolling around in a metal can. Could this be caused by my possibility of low oil pressure or is something on the front of my engine making this noise.

It could possibly be your bearings going out, try some Lucas Oil, and install and aftermarket oil pressure gauge they're about 15-20$ at Autozone or your local auto parts store, this way you'll be able to tell what kind of oil pressure you're getting.
