just looking for your opinions on what else i should do to make this truck an extreme off road machine, i live where there are more mudding spots then there are 4x4 trucks here, looking to have some fun with this build up, any ideas would be very helpful if you have any, thanks

I would start out by finding you a 5.0L 302 to throw into it. With a body lift you should clear fine, and a bigger tranny should fit fine. That would probably make it scream.
Yeah, the 5.0L / 302 is the best thing I could think to do to make it an extreme off road machine. You will need a new tranny. I'd reccomend a manual, but that's just me. Could upgrade the xfer case if you wanted. Another good one would be the differential gearing.
Other than the lift and tires and engine.... what else could you do with a ranger? Maybe find a stepside bed and run stacks right behind the cab, up through where the little "step" is.
