was not sure where to post this, but here goes. has anyone actually purchased anything from the site and how did it work out for you. i want to get some new wheels and tires for my car and they are actually about $100 or more cheaper than what i have found locally, that's even with shipping. just trying to get some info from some creditable people like all the people at this site are.
Great people to work with. We use them on a wholesale level for oddball sizes/special requests at our own tire/wheel store. I've personally bought a few sets of tires from them over the years- no hiccups or bad things to report.
I've purchased two sets of tires from them. One was Goodyear MTRs for my GMC and the other set was Bridgestone Dueler At Revos. Both transactions went very well and I would not hesitate to use them again.
I purchased several sets from them. I for my 94 Ranger Splash, Yokohamas, 1 for my prelude, Kumo, and 1 for the Grand Cherokee. Yokohamas. Been very happy with all 3 sets, and will continue to use them. Even with the shipping I still save a considerable amount.
i have always taken there prices to Discount Tire and they have macthed it.
Discount is VERY good to work with any typically willing to price match most anyone. Plus they offer a great road hazzard protection program when you get tires through them. I'd recommend giving this a shot if you've got a Discount Tire Co. local to you. Otherwise it sounds like Tirerack would still be a great choice.
Going on my sixth set from them. If you do not have a installer they can normally help you find one (unless you live in the middle of nowhere), and having the tires drop shipped to that location just makes life that much easier.
all good. Like Polarbear we use them to keep our Rangers on the road. Don't have enough fingers and toes to count all the tires we have purchased from them with absolutely complete satisfaction.
