Almost Complete :-d

My 77 f-250 4x4 Supercab SB is almost complete! I used a 78 Bronco as a donor for the drivetrain and suspension. Fabbed a new crossmember under the 460 added a 6" skyjacker lift for better clearance. It is looking great, not that hard about 30 hours so far started 2 weeks ago, that is with a hoist dont try without!!!
My question is the front driveshaft binding at the yoke, should a guy just put a cv joint on it to solve that?

Yes, you'll want a CV at the t-case. If you buy a replacement front shaft (or get a junkyard shaft) from a 78/78 F250 4x4 they should have the CV. I'm not sure about the F150's. Side note, a different size CV was used between 78 and 79 so you may want to take your t-case yoke into the parts shop with you to confirm the size, or at least get measurements. The u-joints in a 78 are smaller than in a 79 and they are not interchangable.
