2wd bronco
i know ford only made a few 2wd broncos specificly for a company and only 4wd broncos, but is there a way to convert my 78 bronco to 2wd? i was thinking of getting a 97+ ford and cutting the frame from the firewall foward and just replacing my bronco's front piece. if not a 97+ then a 78 2wd f150. any ideas? i would like to purchace another 78 bronco and convert it so i can have a 4wd and a 2wd to play with.

if the weight in the front is yer problem, try looking at a pre-runner kit which is a lot less work. Or graft a 70's f150 2wd front end on. Then put a 2wd tranny in and make a driveshaft to fit. Grafting a late 90's front end will be difficult at best, and would be compounded even more as the frame widths aren't the same.
