remember me?

I dont know if you guys remember me, but i had a death in the family a year ago and had to let big red go. (she was the one who died). Anyway I spent all summer and winter rebuilding my engine. I had a 360, I turned it into a 390. After about 100 miles my 390 was wiped out. The reason is cuz i bought a 390 crank shaft from autozone. Should have had it checked, but did not. Wiped out my whole engine.

I'm young, only 20. I was in a hurry to leave oregon, cuz i really wanted to move to arizona. So i ended up trading straight across for a 92 ford explorer. That is one of the most retarded things I have ever done. Anyway long story short, this is about the first time I have posted in about a year. Just wanted to check in with you guys.

I have really been considering buying a new 67-72 truck again. I think this time I want everything done so that way all I have to do is drive and enjoy it, maybe a little bit of upgrade here and there.

If you havent seen my old truck, its still in my gallery.

If you guys see any trucks for a good deal let me know. I do live around phoenix Arizona now.

ya i did, both places have there pros and cons.

I was thinking about getting a truck with a 390 this time......

I remember about a year ago when this guy was engineering his own fuel injection system... I dont know if you guys remember, but just wondering if there was any news on it.

If i get another truck im going to make a project out of getting 20mpg out of the 390 (impossible almost) but do-able.... I remember an article a long time ago with a guy that had a mustang with a 390 in it and it got like 30mpg...
