Anyone know what other factory wheels will fit my 68 F100 5 bolt pattern? Would like to find some steel wheels that are 16" or better. Also anyone know where I can get some baby moons cheap, now or used?
Thanks
older dodge and jeep rims fit. dont know of many steel wheels other than old factory stuff unless you go for them from a vintage wheel manufacturer. the 70 styleside i just sold was a fleet truck and came with 16 inch rims from the factory. fleet trucks are the only ones i know that came that way. jc wjitney sell baby moons
Your bolt pattern is 5x5.5 I found some Crager wheels in 17in and they have them in 16in as well. they are steel but they are not stock. You can see mine in my gallery
good thread... my boss just gave me a set of new 16" michelin atx's from his Cherokee w only 5k miles on them & i am in the same boat as you. I was thinking stock rims w/ dog dishes but baby moons would be sweet. my dad had them on his 84 f150. big n littles. it looked pretty good.
i'm thinking the cost of the rims will be just a fraction of the value of the michelins & my old turbine mags have some hairline fractures around the lug holes :~S not so sweet.
Just A quick guide for your rim choices

I think that some of the older Lincolns wheels may fit but not sure. If they do fit the wheels would be a little wider then the old narrow stock truck wheels and should be cheap for a set of Lincoln mags. Maybe someone can jump in and set me straight on this.
