Transmission noise
Ok boys and girls my trany developed a noise today. I ran it by the shop and they think it is a needle bearing. I am pretty sure that they are correct. The noise stops when it hits overdrive.
Now any reason I can't go throught this thing myself. I have done tranys but it has been a while. Or is there a good source for rebuilts that someone knows about. I am in the Phoenix area and there are some on ebay for around a 1000.00 that are here in town. It is a 4r100 in a 2000 V10 superduty.
