Sorry for the dealy in your getting any response.
I've been out quite a bit the last few weeks.
Anyways, did you get your problem resolved?
Sounds like the problem might be in the vacuum switching behind the panel. I believe the hot/cold blend door is vacuum actuated as is the vent/defrost/floor ducting.
