needed closed steering knuckle

I have a 1973 f-250 with a dana 44 6cf with closed steering knuckels.
the drivers side spindle bolt threads are striped out of the knuckle and I'm looking for a replacement.Has anyone ever heard of this happining before? the spindle is connected with bolts and lock washers according to my manual, when i removed the spindle 5 of the six washers had broke and fallen off, leaving a lot of play.I'm running 38" tires.

I had seen this once before on a F250 running 38" tires. Please advise where you are located at - I might be able to help.
