iac= idle air control valve, an electromechanical device that regulates air flow into the engine when the engine is running, but the accelerator pedal is not depressed. This device occasionally will jam or fail in the closed position, preventing the engine from starting or running unless the accelerator is depressed, which opens the throttle plate and takes the IAC out of the loop.
IAT - Intage air temperature

MAF - Mass air flow

DPFE - Differential pressure feedback exhaust
