95 Caprice 9C1- won't show codes??
OK I'm kind of stumped- I took a propane fuel system out of my 9C1. I'm trying to put it back to stock. I am getting a CEL after I hit highway speeds. Car seems to run fine otherwise. I put a jumper in the diagnostic connector (KOEO)and the CEL goes out, and the secondary cooling fan comes on, but that's it. It's kind of like it doesn' know it's in diagnostic mode, but secondary fan kind of responds anyway. I put the jumper in with KOER, and CEL goes to a fast flash. Any ideas?
