rear-end question
Nice try though. I thought years ago I could put rear discs on from a Lincoln,I was wrong.
I'm much smarter now though.

I reasoned that the F-1oo having the same bearings and pads/calipers as the 1973-78 full-size cars would be a swap for rotors, but I never tried it. (the F-150 has longer spindles, with the bearings spaced apart further)
but yes the rear-disk rearend does fit, you need the master cylinder, and proportioning valve, and E-brake cables ect...
and if you are really handy you can adapt the air-ride levers and some air shocks to make a load leveler system.
