88 fuel supply problem
Hi guys,
88 F150, 351, 4X4
The front tank pump doesn't work. Fuel seems to flow into the front tank from the rear tank.
I have read the posts about the vacuum tank separator and have, I believe, actually found it next to the transfer case.
My question: Any reason I can't bypass the separator by splicing hard lines into the rear tank lines?
This is a cold weather work around until I can take the box off and properly repair the whole system--come spring/warmer weather.
Also, what size are the supply and return lines so I can get fittings before pulling it apart?
