74 ford 302-looking at the front of my truck it appears that the tops of the tires are leaning in.ijacked the front end up and grabbed the tires by the top and bottom and couldn't feel any play.is there anything else i should try or look at? could it be weak front springs?also have a little play in the steering.looks as though all steering components are fairly new.canyou adjust the steering box any?if so how?thanks for any help.

If the springs were weak,the top would be tilted IN,the bottom would be OUT.

Check around for an alignment shop. You can usually talk to them and they will look at it for a small fee and tell you your options. I believe if the ride height is in spec, they can actually bend the axles to make them right.(don't panic-they bend the axles on big rigs all the time).
