Gbeach,
Most of the window motors reverse the ground and positive wires to raise and lower the window. DC current works that way. Also if you went up to "User CP"
Then click on "Edit Signature" and enter your truck info, it makes it easier for people to help you. As it is right now, I would say what truck do you have so I know what to tell you.

Todd Dietz,
Lubrication of the window tracks and regulator should make your window faster.
Does the passenger side window stop right before it drops?

Dave, no, the window does not stop, although sometimes if I let it all the way down it gets stuck and I have to bang on the door to get it unstuck so it will go back up.

Sounds like something is off track or out of place in the door.
There are some alignment clips that can break and will make it do strange things like that also.
