The reason, if this is true, that the ER sees more business between 3-5 Pm is thats rush hour traffic and people just get off work. And for 10 PM- 2 AM, that when they get out of the bars and drive home. There is your correlation. Not the miniscule effect of gravity. By the way, the moon works on tides by oscillation. We move around too much for that to build up. I seen lots of shows about the full moon thing and the results were inconclusive.
