If this looks like a good career for you. Can you go stright to the DM's and talk to them? Tell them what you have said here. I know that upper management has alot to offer. If you run a good team of workers, then you will have a good store and better pay.

Might be worth checking into. You have nothing to lose. Good luck.

One thing you could do man, is quit, then get rehired! Then you could say you have experience and the whole nine yards Other then that, comanies like mickey d's, they dont care about their employess, as per most companies. Try to get hired by more of a private company.
