building up a 400 modified
I am interested in building up a 400 modified motor. I read an article here once before and I cannot find it again. Can anyone give me some ideas, to kick up horse power and still maintain good milage? Thanks in advance...

You are probably refering to the article in Hot Rod Magazine. I don't remember the date. Go to the 351c,351M, 400 forum on this website. It seems that alot of people have done this buildup including myself. Got 378hp and 451ft/lb of torque. You can find the article links from that forum. Dan
