HELP v-8 ?
i have a 1982 ford f 150 4x4. it was made in feb. of that year. it has a 300 inline 6. i want to put a 302 in it. will a 302 match up without changing the trasmission. email me at clf34@yahoo.com thanks

dont bother with the 302. a 351w will bolt in just the same an give you better power for a 4x4 rig. your 300-6 would outperform a 302 in a 4wd application any day. remember its all about torque with a heavy rig like this.
