CPS Problem/Warranty?

I have a 2002 F250 7.3 with a little over 50,000 miles on it. From the many posts concerning the failure of CPS, my truck has all the right symptoms of it going out. My question is - Is this item covered in the 100,000 mile engine warranty or not?

Any information would be much appreciated.

yes it is,but there will be a 100.00 dedutable.And you can get the part for less then that on ebay.

Not to mention that they won't change it in the middle of a cold night in the middle of nowhere. If you feel the sympoms are leading to the CPS failure, change it.
