Noob question
I've got an '88 F150 with the 300 EFI. Where is the fuel pressure regulator in the stock setup? It doesn't appear to be on the injector rail which is where my Chilton's says it' supposed to be. Granted that book leans heavily towards the V8's and doesn't always provide good refferences for the 4.9.

Your Fuel pressure regulator should be mounted directly to the fuel injector rail. Its a small metallic circle with a vacuum line going to it.
