My dealer is of the sneeky type. The lot full of lifted, tired, banks kit installed trucks. Spoke with the guy that heads up the aftermarket department and he himself was worried about the banks kits. They themselves give the factory warranty with the installed kits, but if anything major was to happen the expense would be out of their pockets, and "Ford" would tell them to stick it! He said "Ford" themselves don't mind the lift, tires, exhaust. But do about the tuners. So they(dealer) just remove the kits and if need be submit the truck as a non-modified (tuner) truck. He did state that "Ford" was getting strick about this stuff and are even questioning the small hole from the mounting of the adjusting **** of the banks kit. They have even gone as far as mounting a switch for Aux. lights to fill the hole. So just be careful who you tell what to.
