EEC Codes
53..TPS circuit above 4.5 volts...what does that mean...how do I fix it?
95..Fuel pump secondary circuit failure...is this just a bad ground?
39..AXOD converter bypass clutch not applying properly...what's this?
It's a 1994 F150 auto with a 4.9L.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

95 - possible broken or corroded wire, (yes) or bad ground.
39 - tranny problem? I'm not good on trannys , sorry.
53 - Indicates that the throttle position sensor reaches over 4.5 volts. This doesn't mean automatic replacement - it means further inspection/diagnosis. This code can be recieved during the KOEO test and through continuous memory (2nd 1/2 of the key on engine off test). Disconnect the wiring harness at the TP sensor, and run the KOER test. If code 63 is generated - replace the TP sensor. If 53 returns, look for a short in the TP sensor wire. What part of testing did you get the code 53, KOEO? Continuous memory?
95 - Make sure the inertia switch is not been tripped. Check resistance across it's two terminals - if over 5 ohms, replace the inertia switch. If the fuel pump is running while the key is off, disconnect the ICM (integrated control module). If its still running, there is a short in the wire from the ICM's terminal 5 to pin 19 of the computer. If the pump shuts off when you disconnect the ICM, replace it.
If the pump wasn't running with the key off - check resistance of that terminal 5/pin 19 wire, shouldn't be greater than 5 ohms or you'll have to repair that wire. If it's within 5 ohms, check the ICM ground, if the ground is good, replace the computer.
You could also wiggle/tap the ICM and it's wiring to see if the engine stumbles or dies - indicating a problem with the ICM or it's wiring.
39 - not able to tell ya much about this one, other then what you've got.

63 can't be generated from the KOER... did you mean koeo?
95 - he took it for a drive... the inertia switch can't be tripped or the fuel pumps wouldn't have run at all but thats a good point about testing its resistance even though I still suspect corriosion at the fuel pump end.
Where do I look for the TP sensor?
Also,
), where's the fuel pump?Sorry for these stupid questions guys. I know diddly about this truck...I know how to fix an Alfa
Fuel pumps are in the gas tanks and accessed from on top.(lift the bed or drop the tank) You may be able to feel and clean the connector(s) by reaching up from below.
