I bet it says * F26 * which is the Code for F-250 4X4.
F25 for F-250 2x4

The f-260 is the axle weights.Some are 260,261,262 depending on the axle weights.But as another had said this is the vin id # for a f-250 4x4.If you look at the weight sticker on the door post it will tell you the axle weights and truck weights.also f-260 or whatever it really is.
