lighting question?

everytime i have my ignition key in the acc and run position,all of my lights (except the headlights) come on.my dash gauges,clearance lights and parking lights.the switch is in the off position.i have the automatic light option but the switch is not turned to that...any ideas?

Do you have the factory ford car starter ? My buddy had the saem problem, seemed the car starter was going fubar.
