superduty bumper removal
Anybody know how to remove front bumper on an 01 superduty. I have a dent I'd like to try to pound out a little. It looks like a lot of bolts and maybe the grill has to come out as well.

they are very easy to remove.... just a few bolts actually. there are 2 support arms on it that will come out with it also... takes just a few minutes though. i believe that you have a total of 4 or 6 bolts on the front face of it, and then 1 bolt to undo for each support.

Matt's correct. There are 4 bolts in the front. 2 on each side of the bumper in the tow ring cut outs next to the rings themselves. And then 1 bolt on each side of the truck inside the wheel wells above the spring hangers. Dont forget to unhook the foglights if you have them. The bumper itself is pretty light.
