I'm looking for a book, publication, or something I can download from the internet that has engine ID numbers for yrs 69-78 small and big block engines.

Do a search for "ford part numbers" on webcrawler. That's where I found lots of resources. Unfortunately, I never bookmarked the sites I went to.

if there is a barnes and noble in your area they supposedly have a book that has engine id's but i've never had any luck finding it--just my two cents!

Pederson's #708 "How to Build a Big -Block" by Steve Christ has FE
Casting numbers in it.

Are you just looking for this to find out stuff, or you Really WANT the books on hand?
