Just mounted a set of bfgs on my 03 2wd F250. They fit great, no rubbing.

Did you use the stock wheels? Do they bulge over the sides?

yes, stock rims. They bulge just a little, enough to look mean.

I am thinking about going with a similar size and wanted to ask a couple questions.....

What have the larger tires done to you mileage?
Have you notice much decrease in take-off power?
Do you have a lift/leveling kit on your truck?

I've only had them a few days, but I didnt notice any loss of power on take off. The scmt will still spin them from a slow roll. I dont have any lift or leveling kit.

i have 295/75-16 BFG AT tires on stock rims. My next purchase will be wider rims. The bulge is just enough to rub on the leaf springs at full lock. Ideally a 9" rim would be perfect, but I have only found Helos in that size. I think I'll go for a 10" since they are only 1/2" wider than the recommended size and there are way more options.

I have a 3" lift. Slight acceleration decrease, but nothing bad. Speedometer is off by about 5-6%.
