bleeding brakes
I have a 4 disc system and just r/r the rear set and getting ready to do the front set. the piston got stuck so i had to take the line off of the caliper and now i think that there is air in the system. how can i bleed the air out?

If you crack a line open let alone take a caliper off you will need to bleed the system. Starting with the wheel farthest away from master cylinder and then work your way closest to it so it goes like this right rear,left rear,right front and then left front. But I really don't understand your post. But if you only broke loose or replaced front caliper then you should be able to just bleed the front starting with right front and then driverside last.Make sure your master is plum full 1st and then put cover on tight before you start. It's easier with 2 people have them pump the brakes till it's hard and at the most top and have them hold it there while you crack the bleeder screw and tighten it before fluid stops and do this till you get a solid stream of brake fluid and spit and sputtering of air stops then check your master and do this to driverside. DO NOT get brake fluid on any painted surface or it will eat it. Let me know if you need any more info.

no i took off the rear driver side caliper. but if the procedure is the same then i can just have someone pump the brakes while i loosen the brake line screw? or that little nipple next to the brake line.
