NP 203 conversion
My 77 f-150 has the full time np203. somewhere before i got it, someone had installed warn locking hubs on it. My question is how to tell if they did the transfer case conversion or not. Any help would be apreciated.

I believe one method would be to check the range selector. If a conversion kit was installed it should operate like a part-time unit (2H-2L-4H-4L). A sure-fire test is to jack up rearend, make sure hubs are not locked, put truck in drive and see if the differential in the t-case is working and spins the front driveshaft.
