The guys at Badgerland F100's have done a 223 and a Y-block. Go to their website and check out the tech article and photos. The article shows the Y-block but the 223 was done first.

Thanks man...Yea I found that link around here somewhere in all the chaos trying to get a link to actually purchase the adapter plate. That lil write up/slide show clears up alot of the issues I will be competing with.
