I've found the coolest cut-away picture on line of the CPS and what it's doing and thought I'd share it with everyone since the CPS is such a common problem. I've already made a similiar post on the OBS forum, but thought I'd share it with you newbies too. I think this is a great picture.
Absolutely great pic. Now I am sure my diesel mech is full of it. I have replaced my CPS in the past and have always known how a reluctor works. His explanation was really out there. I will stick with my common sence and past experience if engines. Pictures say a thousands words. Good job stroker2
as your standing in front of the engine which side is the cps on, also how hard is it to change. I am thinking about putting one in my glove box for a spare. thanks
