I am not sure what these things are called, but they are the plastic pieces that go on the sides of the bed and tail gate, the top part. Anyway I have a greyish color and I want to get black becuz i think it looks better. Does anyone know where I can order these without going to the dealer? I also want to change out the door handles becuz its that same grey and go black so everything matches. So if anyone knows where i can get both front and back handles that would be asome. Its a crew cab btw.

They are called bed rail caps. There are after-market varieties, but I have had no luck finding them for the late model SD's. You can get chrome door release handles from JC Whitney.com or performanceproducts.com et al.
I bought new ones and painted them to match my truck. My body man told me that most of the clips would break when taking them off, but I think we only broke one clip when taking off the old ones. The holes on the top of bed rail kind of get pulled up, but take a piece of wood then hammer the sheet metal flat again before installing the new ones again.
