"reflex" rings a bell in my brian. My uncle before i unstalled my leer camper and fabed the enterior had a friend put something that sounded like that in my bed. he told me that it was like the tar stuff the factory puts under the carpet but stronger and somehow different. thought when i carpeted on top of it i didn't foam under becasue of that stuff was so think and soft. It reminded my almost like a ruber mat and it held things (eventhough it had a smooth serface" but letting it sink a lil into it. is your like that?
I bought herculiner from pep boys for $80 it even had a $20 mail in rebate. I asked the guy if it was worth my time and money, he was like yeah that's the best, just as good as if you'd take it somewhere. I took it home and put it on my flareside. It looks awesome. I have platic bedrail covers and don the tail gate so that cut down on taping. The sanding sucked but other than that it was definitely worth it. It came with enough to do two coats on a full size bed. Needless to say I had a bit extra. It was enough for two heavy coats and a very healthy third coat. lol The can said it took 4 hours per coat to dry, I had to let it sit 24 hours in a ventilated garage til it dried. I couldn't put nothing in it for like three days til it cured. But man it's sweet. I recommend it if you can put the time and effort into it. Maybe a garage, it's more of an indoor project. And plenty of ventilation =]

No, the Reflex liner is nothing like the tar. Reflex is just about identicle to Line-X but its a different brand. If I had to choose again I would still go with Line-X or Reflex....Ive seen a lot of spray ins and those are the 2 that seem best to me....I don't like the Rhino liners at all.
anybody used the duplicolor brand roll in bed liner? i have seen it at wallyworld, and was wondering if it would be worth using. i kinda need to get this done on my 73 250 before i go on cruise, and time is running out, dont really have the spare cash to go the professional route.
