Gentlemen: My name is yanni Gatos, as you can guess i am new to all this
and i would appreciate your tolerance to any "simple and ignorant" questions
in the future.
For now a brief introduction,last week i bought a truck for first time in my life,
BIG DEAL, you say. It was for me, first time to sit behind the wheel of a truck
for a man past his prime.The truck is a 1979 Ford f-100 v-8 automatic with
the speedometer reading 17,858 miles.
Ibought it from the original owner, a middle age woman full of dents and squeeks
but the engine realy purrs, i have a lot of questions and very little cash so
in the future please be generous with your expertise.
The truck is full of squeeks and grinds but it passed the Calif.emissions test
100%.I know nothing about trucks and i bought it for hauling things, but the more i read the more i want to fix it .Driving small European cars all my life
this is quite a change.
