Leaking Window
Appreciate the info gentlemen. I thought i was the only unlucky one. I have used all kinds of sealant. No dice. Guess i will have to resort to taking out the window. Not too excited about that.

Leaking Rear Window solution
4 years ago I had the same problem with my 97 extended cab. Here is how I was finally able to fix the problem.
I was out in the middle of nowhere and had locked myself out of the truck. The nearest locksmith was over 100 miles away with no way to even contact them. I had a choice of a side window or the rear, needless to say it was a no brainer. That hammer in my toolbox smashed that sliding rear window pretty easily.
Took it into Novus the next day and told them to put a good aftermarket sliding window in. Cost me $400 but I did not care. I was just happy to fix the leak after messing with it for over a year. This window looks just as good if not better than factory...
Good luck with all of you that are fighting with Ford covering any cost of repair. I did not even consider that. I just figured it was my choice to break the glass, and that it would teach me to lock myself out. So far it has worked, I always check twice before I hit that door lock.
