91 E4OD into a 96
I have an E4OD transmission out of a '91 F250 that I would like to put into a '96 F250. Is this swap possible?
I know I have to replace the MPLS (both as a repare and to update the connector) and that the solenoid block will need to be replaced. Will the solenoid for a '96 fit into my '91 trans and provide the correct connector/diodes? Are there any other electronic upgrades required?
