Ok thanks, now I know what to look for. I assume that's an OBS turbo then. Mech2161, were you able to keep your intake tubing the same w/ the van turbo?

if you use the ATS housing with it's 4" intake, what is the best way to hook up a filter like the Tymar or the kwik filter...? i think i would like to go to this set up in the spring... one other quesiton, if i go to the ATS housing, is there any advantage to switching back to the stock compressor wheel or should i leave the wicked wheel on the turbo..?

I'll get some pics and load them when I get home. I'd keep the wicked wheel.

hmm, i had long post typed, but it didnt go through

so i'll paraphrase-

take a 22* elbow off the turbo, maybe a custom 15* to level the bend out, and then a straight piece, with another 22* to the filter. blue couplings would look sweet, or color matched pipe with silver/chrome couplers, stainless "constant-torque" clamps. schweet.

I think you are seeing the res. for the clutch. This shows the exhaust tubing and the CCV mod.

Can anyone verify to part number for the 99.5-03 Van turbo..? I believe it is XC2Z-6K682-AARM, but wanted to double check before I bought anything.

Another question is will I be able to reuse my turbo pedestal that is on my truck now?? Is there anything special I will have to do with a van turbo besides re-do the intake?
