Fuel pump shutoff switch

Does a 97 psd have one of these? The owners manual says its has one below the instrument panel on the right hand cowl side. There is a drawing included but you can't make out squat.

to the best of my knowledge the 97 still has a mechanical fuel pump. assuming thats right it will not have a switch like the gas engine trucks.

(97 gassers have it. but not ours.
