wheel problem

I have a 2004 XLT supercrew and I noticed the clearcoat on the wheel is chipped where the slot on the center cap is located. Anyone else notice this? Need help.

Have you had your tires rotated or anything like that recently where they had to take off the center cap. I hate it when someone messes up your truck and isn't man enough to own up to thier mistake.
