I'm putting power steering on my 390 and I am having a real hard time finding anyone that makes a bracket for mounting a Saginaw to the 390. We're going to the Pick'n Pull today to see what we can find - but does anyone know of a source for these?
I have been told that they exist, but I was unable to find any information on it when I looked. I think people were confusing the FE with some other engine family. Good luck.
i found some info on putting a saginaw setup onto a small block and that wasnt very promising even in that useage.. said it was kinda expensive or you would be modifying and fabbing your own... it wont let me post that link for the info i found so go to google and type in saginaw power steering pump and then when your results pull up go to the classicbronco choice...
is it going on your 68 F250 4x4?

A 78 and upward years of Ford E-250 (3/4 ton) and Ford E-350 van with a 460 cid and 351M cid has the saginaw powersteering pumps and brackets. Will also need the power steering hoses (hi pressure and return lines)
the bracketry from a 385 series motor or the M series is quite a bit different than an FE setup, although i'm not looking at a saginaw setup either.. just curious, why go to the saginaw style pump? already have one laying around you can use?
