Twin I beams
Once upon a time, I found a site that was offering 3 inch lifted I beams and 5 inch lifted I beam kits for 65- 79 ford 2 wheel drives. All I remember about the site was thay also offered fiberglass hoods for 61-66 slicks with a dropped center section for better visability.
I don't care about the hood, but I do care about the lifted I beams. I'm looking to add disk brakes this winter, and a few inches of lift on the front would help make my truck more usefull.
I've tried to google for it, but had no luck. ANyone know a place that sells lifted I beams for the's old trucks?

Can't help you with the website you are looking for, sorry. Don't know how much lift you are looking for, but when I installed my disk brake setup I was not happy with the ride height in front. So I installed aluminum spacers between the spring perch and I-beam. I wouldn't recommend going to far with that though. I put in about 1 1/4" spacer and it works great!
