you need to crawl under your truck and make sure your axles are free by turning them by hand as Krewat and Mr big have stated above.
We have seen brand new trucks have problems with hubs right from the factory.

OK, here is a stupid question. How do you turn them by hand? More details. If I cant turn them, does that mean there locked and what needs to be done. This is my first truck if you couldnt tell already.
look behind the wheel knuckle and you will see small u-joints try and turn them they should turn easily or with a very little drag due to this being a new truck. If you can't turn them I suggest you take it in to your dealer and have them look at it.

when ur hubs r locked the splines (teeth) are moving back and forth causing the noise u r hearing which is normal for the heavy duty ford trucks i had had the same problem and greased the **** out of them and it isnt near as loud(u can't hear it from in the cab)i have an F450 heavy duty 4x4 and i grease them 1 a year and it keeps u from hearing it
I'm not sure what you're trying to say here...the splines on the stub should not slip if locked in completely. The noise occurs when the cogs of the splines are rubbing together, meaning that they are neither locked or unlocked.
Other noises are bad needle bearings and rocks in the hub caps, or when the bearings are going away.
