Time Estimate for lower intake gskt replace?

About how many hours do you think it would take the average FTE'er to replace the upper intake, valve covers, and lower intake gaskets, per your instructions?

I have small amounts of coolant entering #4 cyl., replaced spark plug with cracked insulator, no sign of poor running except after initial startup, no sign of water in oil, losing only very small amounts of coolant (no ext. leaks) etc.
'00 4x4 auto, A/C 97K.
